All reservations are considered valid unless cancelled by either party via email or phone call within the allotted cancellation time frame (24 HRS).Whenever a reservation is cancelled, a cancellation notice/id will be issue for such cancellation via phone or email.
No-shows will be charged at the full rate. A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations (NO CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD UNTIL the TIME/DAY of SERVICE if PAYING by CREDIT CARD) even though the final payment could be made in cash if selected as preferred method of payment. Cancellations are subject to a $25.00 minimum cancellation fee if not cancelled within the allotted time frame (24 hours).
Rates are subject to availability and may change without notice prior submitting a reservation due but not limited to holidays, special events, gas price surges, extreme weather conditions & special custom requests (rates will not change once a reservation has been confirmed unless the details of the transfer are changed by the passenger or designated party).
123 Corporate Transportation will not be held responsible for cancellations or pickup delays due to vehicle breakdown, extreme weather conditions or unusual heavy traffic conditions due to accidents or road repairs. 123 Corporate Transportation will only be in the obligation to make up (on a mutually agreed terms at a future time & date) for pickup wait time and unexpected cancellations on our end. Airport parking, airport & seaport access fees, tolls, seaport parking, gratuity, stops and waiting time other than the standard grace period offered at pickup locations are not included on the published base rates. A $20.00 early morning surcharge applies to pickups between midnight and 6:00 AM. Pickups at the airports, seaports, concerts and games are subject to a $10.00 surcharge above the published rate. 123 Corporate Transportation reserves the right to deny service to anyone at its own discretion. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of $100.00 will be charged for each carpet or seat burned. Sanitation fee is $250.00. Alcohol consumption (under age) and drug use is prohibited by law and it will not be allowed. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver reserves the right to terminate any run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion or abuse on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the vehicle's sunroof. Smoking is not permitted (the not smoking restriction is left to the discretion of the driver). We are not responsible for articles left in any of our vehicles. Open balance is to be paid on the run date and before the beginning of the run. Vehicles CANNOT and WILL NOT be loaded beyond maximum seating/cargo capacity.
